I'm trying to decide what to put in my Act 2 merc's helmet. Screenshot taken in hell difficulty:



I have a 32% damage, +15 max damage jewel I was thinking about putting in. Or maybe an IAS jewel?

protector's stone is best, but you'd have to ask why bother using andys visage when you could have cure or flickering flame

Maybe its a cure on demon head.
Maybe demon head IS the cure.

It's Andy's. I have to go with what I got for now.

I still dont understand why people use this helm but maybe thats bcos I play hammerdoink. (By this helm I mean Cure)

how would your merc LL then?

for an insight merc...what would you suggest as bis?

the options are

chains of honor
skin of the flayed one (um or 15/15)
greyform (protector's stone)

Or fort Andy

Which loses you cleansing or resist fire aura

But more than double the merc’s dmg output and tankiness

More useful than some small quality of life auras
