also why are you buying as a guest? Why not have a actual paypal account with your info on it for easy purchases?

Thought I'd ask here incase it was a known issue others had experienced

And I've never needed a PayPal account for anything other than the occasional forum gold purchase, which worked fine as a guest

Might have to ask my bank tomorrow if we're cool

Although I have the money on a debit card and also tried my credit card

I mean I could surmise why but I think its truly a question for the upper ups to answer.

Could just take 2 minutes or less to mage a paypal account and add your card. then it's there for whenever you need it. can buy stuff within 15 seconds.

as an update, it appears PayPal has removed the ability to pay as a guest (or at least for me)

I assume they removed the capability before updating the payment page which would still allow you to attempt to pay as a guest
