Jymnasium has been running D2R 8 man speedruns pretty regularly. They are nice to see. And they pushed it really far. (Oftentimes Teo and Mekalb would join too, aswell as other less known players/non streamers).
Even then, you'd have some kinda supportive pals, but they remain somewhat always DPS.
Like there is the Leap/BO Barb and Druid but I meant like an actual Healer using Holy Bolt + Cleansing or something.
The 3 pals trio would have 1 Conc, 1 Med 1 Salv I think, so it is really about the trio, but even then, the Med and Salv remain Hammers once lvl 18, and they are more QoL than really supports.

I get that DPS is what you want, but well, IDK, I guess I should go and try WoW which I know has actual Tank/DPS/Healers with DPSMeters and Healmeters... And real Healers. Meh.
