Yes duping, yes to bots, and yes to resellers.... all of it is happening

Duping + reselling + bots has happened in every single ladder since the start of ladder in d2r and LoD.

It's just what happens.

It doesn’t make any sense reselling the tunes
They get cheaper and cheaper every single minute

It makes sense, because duped runes can be cubed together to make legit ones. It's free money.
