Yeah it's brutal had to pretty much delete every number in my phone stop talking to everyone I knew. I also got back into gaming to occupy my time. I don't think I got out of bed really the first year I was so depressed

So last time I tried to quit I replace it with dabs because I grow weed and press my own rosin so I can literally smoke dabs every 20 mins and I won't run out


But I find that shit makes me even more depressed because I abused weed at my worst point in life
