No? How many times have you seen an item with stats for two different characters?

There are quite a few.

This isn’t a bug. They simply added staff mods to daggers for warlocks.

Then the available affix table says daggers can spawn a few different skill types across nec and barb.

So yes this is just a very shitty rare that anyone can find throughout their game play that everyone would Charsi.

This is the trophy room. Not the useless item room. You might want to try the ladder trading forums. They post a lot of useless stuff there due to being people who largely don’t know how the game works.
