yes, i used warrens and a different calc to check. thought maxroll was just being weird, thanks for confirming

actually, some different calcs are showing 3fpa too. ugh

why though
amazon basin agrees with 4fpa max. I am assuming d2r did not change the frequency of targeting checks.

no, I understand you say 4fpa is max too, and the issues is with the calcs. I am wondering why the calcs are wrong
