This afternoon I did some testing when Durance of Hate became TZ, and from what I could see, a Mauler with Holy Freeze aura attacked slower than a Mauler with Fanaticism, the difference was clearly visible to my eyes...
Can anyone else confirm this and that there isn't a cap in AS that forces us to stop using Fanaticism if we're a pure summoner?
+% ias is definitely capped at +75%. My current ladder setup is 45 demonic mastery (+49%) and 48 engorge (+35%) so its capped out after every engorge
Any intel whether binding a tz unique cursed mob vs a regular cursed tz mob makes a difference? They have differing hp values I’m guessing (unique dies slower as an enemy)
Still needs to be tested and its not exactly an easy thing to test. I guess simplest way would be to test normal mode enemies with small HP ranges against fairly constant DPS poison like that act 5 catapult, but its really a pain to get it to fire the catapults.
Most monsters have about a 60-100% hp range so its really hard to tell if its getting double hp or not. Blunderbores in act 2 palace cellar might be a good case, they have 102-128 base HP and 0% all resists, their high regen disabled by poison. Normal mode areas tend to have 0-1 uniques so its really hard to find them reliable, but cellar is tiny and same map, only 75% chance of urdars and 0-1 elites and 20% chance to be champion so uh 10% chance to find an elite urdar per map, a few resets and you could find one, but probably 3-5+ games before you do and who knows it might have some annoying affix. And somehow need to deal damage to it without instantly killing it, guess normal attack
Again would need to test with a char with 0 blood oath for safest results
The poison from hell catapults dealt ~363 damage over 24 seconds in my testing. So if you bound the blunderbore in P4 game it would have 255-320 hp if its not counted as unique, 510-640 hp for unique. Thus dying to a catapult in either 1 hit or surviving with 30%+ hp and regenerating.
Note I haven't actually done this test, just explained the setup that would isolate for this question
