But note that the +life per kill and mf does not work, cuz the portals are not treated like pets. They’re a neutral entity, not linked to your own stats (except the skill lvl, and your fcr to cast it).
So you’re not the one killing mobs, it’s like the chaos seal pop, an instant death trigger not performed by anyone but the game itself.
The thing is, they have to be treated as "your kill" in some fashion, even if you're not doing actual "damage", because you do gain exp.
