2x sling makes the portal open quicker when you cast that's why it feels better

Tried out the portal barb real quick in a p1 cowrun if anyones curious how it performs with the "basic" setup



Yeah it's just p1 but with some tweaks you could easily do p3 or higher I think

Coven RW is actually really good on port barb. It can be made in barb helm too with +skills

finally nice to see a no-compromise 200fcr barb build, I know it's "just as strong" so to say in 105fcr, but no need to talk about other qol benefits, literally has everything embedded.

But note that the +life per kill and mf does not work, cuz the portals are not treated like pets. They’re a neutral entity, not linked to your own stats (except the skill lvl, and your fcr to cast it).
So you’re not the one killing mobs, it’s like the chaos seal pop, an instant death trigger not performed by anyone but the game itself.
