^FinalStarman and I completed a B.net balance trade via mediator but the mediator now appears to be offline without having released the fg that is being held. Is there anyone who can help?
One mitigating factor in this experience was an unexpected requirement from B.net for me to download the B.net authenticator app on my phone in order to claim the B.net balance gift.
