Must be something about not being there for the kill. Doesn't happen at all with my singer (I kill and hork immediately).

Try bringing your horker in through a tp just before the last few novas.

Literally just tried.. my horker is always there. Just killed 3 heralds with barb and couldnt hork not one body... also changed nova's merc to prayer so idk whats going on

I notice something similar, I have 72% hork chance, but way more often than should happen, the hork is unsuccessful. I'd say the odds are almost flipped, with the hork on a herald of terror dropping loot only ~28% of the time. I tp my horker to be nearby when I make the kill.

anyone know if your horker needs to be a specific level to be able to hork the latent sunders?

Has there ever been an item where clvl influenced drop rates ? Apart from TZ but even then it is not clvl just clvl making the game.
Drops are supposed to be attached to mlvl and the TC they have

But thinking about it maybe there is indeed a minimum clvl to hork a Herald. Seems weird but maybe that is the why of this topic

I think it’s a glitch but you can usually get a portal barb to bportal and it’ll unlock the body, saved me a few times

This is why I bring 3 extra accounts into my games
All barb of course
1 for bo
1 for hork
1 for portal

for me, it was a party member using redemption

Cold dmg ruins horking. The 4 hour long DarkHumility video covers this. Maxroll guide now saying to use ravenfrost on zerk barb build. Absolute madness.
