ive heard good things about the portal barb...

The FCR breakpoint tends to lead this because of teleport. Hdin might not be faster, but slightly slower in teleport made up with dmg and survivability maybe?

Assuming solo P8 tz,

Mosaic is slightly faster
Java is same speed or faster on some maps
Warlock about the same

Many builds almost the same speed but slightly slower,
Fire or blizz sorc, paladin builds, fire druid, pnova or fishymancer, etc
