Already tested and +15 is better than -10 with this setup (unless magic immune before sunder).



Updated the build and removed the extra mana roll on ammy for life instead. Only have the xtra mana for QoL as I hate having mana pots on my belt for PvM.


714 mana is enough. I think I'd even drop the SoJ for BK. Meditation does its job very well. Or maybe just the 20/17 for some 20/5 idk

so weve got:

21k hammer & -25% pierce
sundered mob with 70% magic res = 5250dmg

21.5k hammer & -40% pierce
sunder mob with 60% magic res = 8600dmg

23.5k hammers & -30% pierce
sunder mob with 70 magic res = 7050dmg

this make sense?


The hammer damages you listed take the -res into account already. If you hover over the damage it will show you that being factored in the calculation

i mean, hdins dont struggle anywhere unless theyre magic imunes no?

btw if you really wanna hit max dmg without taking -magic res into account you go 2/20 pal circlet and not hellwardens.

i dont yet have a full set of pcombs in my inv, but tz diablo does down dam quick, like 4 maybe 5 casts...

yeah i'm jk i'm a mf mfer so i hit 12k and i'm happy, tryna max out mf. sc ofc. P1 too.
now with this herald/sunder situation, i gotta admit, things have changed, but i'm still tryna find as much dmg possible while stacking mf.

i'll share my ideas if a mf mfer ever comes around.

Not that they struggle anywhere but its extra free damage vs non immunes. The actual calculations are:

1. 15750*0.3 = 4725

2. 12900*0.45 = 5805

3. 16450*0.35 = 5757.5

These are the actual numbers vs a magic immune sundered mob. 2 and 3 are basically rounding errors but you deal 2k more damage per hammer vs non immunes with option 3

forgive my ignorance, but those numbers confuse me. how did you get those? the 15750 / 12900 / 16450....

i see my mistake with the % multiplier.

No worries! Those are the damages before -res is taken into account from which I am multiplying by 95 magic res - remaining magic res to get the end result damage

15750*0.3 = 4725

This is a simplified version of 15750*[1-(.95-.25)] = 4725

EDIT: Forgot to add 1 to the front lol ooops ^
