Since the ROTW has released i've returned to slash some but i can't access my old d2jsp account.

I made some special small change in my PW i can't remember and i can't reset account because it's a old hotmail (which is not allowed?).

Acc: GLXY

joindate: 2016

Gold: I remember like 10k+ fg.

bought some fg first year of acc creation.

The only way to recover an account is through the account recovery form: https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php

Be sure you gather all the required information.

Please give me a logical answer to why i can't recover my acc then i will be out of your way. I provided all information but it will not proceed to next step.

If u had access which i obv don't could delete it, but why would i do that with 10+ fg and a account i have done no wrongdoing on. For some reason jsp decided to disable pass recovery for acc made via hotmail/live.com... Can u tell me more specifically what the issue is here cuz i'm kinda lost?

Thanks. Are you filling any field with an outlook email other than the field 'What email do you believe may be associated with this account?'?

Please remove your personal data from the messages. Only share information through the form.

Be sure you are not filling the field "What is a current working email address where you can be reached?" with another live/outlook/hotmail email.

If you keep getting an error, just remove the email field and add it in the additional info text area.
