Whenever he refuses to share more and says "He has nothing to prove" just feeds further into him looking like a cheater.

it doesn't matter that it was unknown, it is not your business. It's a witch hunt because someone is doing better than someone else.
If he is cheating, then I am hopeful he will be banned. If he is not, he is not obligated to inform competition on how he is staying ahead.

Dev is probably the worst i have seen in any game so far.

Buffing and "balancing" the game around the role he plays himself.
Breaking the game multiple times per week (including rollbacks)

Has no idea how to communicate.
Game had potential sadly.
