I used Tonka for every single upgrade I had made. He upgraded his table specifically for me at least 5 times. I've tipped and supported him and I am not the only person to do so. If he cheats in any way, Jammin has the tools to see this. Simply make your case to Jam and see if he is banned. Which I assume you have, and is he banned?
Also when I quit i sent him quite a bit of cash, how much doesn't matter because it is none of anyone business besides me and him.

The reason why this was made in this way in the first place is because of lack of more information from Jammin other than "The town watch is active". And people like you that nobody had any idea of quitting and then sending him "quite a bit of cash" isn't helping anything other than make him more suspect because he's once again gained a bunch of gold from nowhere (because we didn't know you gave him your wealth after quitting). As that detail was unknown, you were just another potential multi account of his.
If only he or you made such cases more known, even if you claim it's none of our business, it would help his case of looking more legit. He's doing nobody any favors not sharing details of how he has gotten so much gold other than "I make it from crafting". Whenever he refuses to share more and says "He has nothing to prove" just feeds further into him looking like a cheater.
