Hey I need help figuring out what’s possible to get as much plus skills as possible.

I’m looking at memory and obsession runewords.

In regards to the base, what skills can and can’t spawn and can I Larzuk the perfect base for 4 or 6 sockets?

Can they spawn Charged bolt, lightning mastery and maybe ES?

What’s a good option in the mean time that’s powerful but not so rare?

Why not hoto/Spirit that's 5 and fcr, res and other stuff.

Good for temp yes but for max damage I need more +skills and thag can only be obtained with runewords and strong bases
