Difference is 38 vs mara 15 stats (without mana) + 2bo (10 stats) = 25 stats.

38 vs 25stats + 20@ difference. So it comes very close

Mara comes out with more life and 20@ with perf eq however can be an issue to get str big with.

if u have low life sks + low life items in build the rare amulet can actually beat the mara with life also

Only advantage the rare has is it’s easier to achieve str big

I wouldn’t say amulet is Charsi but hard sell because of the above

whoever like this amulet pls buy it and compare it live on your char ( with a maras for example )
no need to be scientist to find out this amu is total garbage, but ppl dont believe until then, seems so ^^
