The balance elemental , keep getting slapped my reaction times just arent cutting it

Have 73 range , 75 mage , 99 melees and hp , 70 prayer

Been using black dhide rune xbow ruby bolts e whip drag defender fury brimstone ring super restores , sharks , reg account

If anyone could help kill it would be much approciated , thanks.
