Some real Dunning-Kruger going on here watching blows being traded yet both parties missing the parry and striking air.
The answer is "maybe". UV damage at lower levels can be repaired through our bodies antioxidant systems. If we were testing inert, non-living, non-metabolic material, sure. Eventually, repeated over enough time, even a microsecond of sun exposure will lead to progressive UV damage.
But none of these variables were accounted for... therefore the question has a faulty premise and is simply a Kafka-esque trap disguised as a simple logic game. Feels yiddish.
The guy is a known grifter who debates using deception.
His question is like asking "what is the length of a string after it has been soaked." No description of what kind of string, how thick, what kind of liquid is it being soaked in, for how long or the initial length, etc.
He was asking "is True or false, long term exposure to the sun can kill you regardless of temperature?"
No specifics on how long, where, with or without clothes, continuous exposure or periodic. Just a trick question fabricated to be intentionally vague and misleading.
He knows that if he gives specifics he will be owned, his only way out is to be a coward and deceive. Pathetic really and he calls himself a christian and someone who is in persuit of truth and integrity. More like a sore loser that cannot admit his logic makes no sense. Pretty sure even the bible has a few things to say about that.
