Damn, I'm really alone in these thoughts? Y'all don't like convenience?
Do you actually dislike the new stash tabs? These have been an AMAZING QoL step in the right direction. If you dislike this, can you please explain why?
I'm not talking about any fundamental gameplay changes. This is all just QoL stuff. Would rather not be inconvenienced with petty shit. Do you like your time being wasted when it doesn't have to be? Would rather just be able to grind how I want to grind quickly. Don't want to change builds/skills/items/drop rates/classes, or anything like that. Just convenience factors.
You're telling me none of you have ever jumped into Project Diablo 2, or Diablo 2 Reimagined, and felt like some of the QoL was a breath of fresh air?
If I'm alone in this, I'll stfu about it. I'm kind of blown away, though.
I think the tedium of looting with charms needs to go. Over the years they TOTALLY removed the relevance of "inventory mangement" its a totally non-existent feature at this point.
doubled stash size in LOD
shared stash in d2r
shift +click moves to stash in d2r
stacklable runes and gems in rotw
loot filter in rotw
you can keep infinite loot, never have to choose between this item or that item....you can empty your entire inventory in a fractin of a second, literally dump it in the stash and get back to fightint, you dont have to even go back later and pick the runes and gems from your mess. I have no interest in spending my life drag and dropping runes manually from my inventory to the stash, and notice NO ONE HAS EVER cried about shoft+click to stash or ctrl whatever it is, which is objectively a MASSIVE help to inventory management and a huge quality of life change for the game
I will say, that because GF is an item affix and the golfgind barb is part of this game, Im not sure I like provviding other ways to farm gold. I think characters get enough gold to do their thing, if you wanna spend millions of gambling it should require intent and investment.
Agree that we should know the true tomb in new games, I wanted that even before the statues.
I jsut dont agree with most of the common arugments you hear that reducing these tedious things make the game "easy" or overly simplified.
