A zon (slowest cast speed) with zero fcr has a cast rate of 19 frames.
The screen size in D2R allows on average (depends on the direction/angle) a teleport of 16.5 yd distance.
This means the slowest possible teleport is moving ~21.71 yd/s

At 200fcr, 7 frames cast rate, ~16.5 yd tele distance
You move at ~58.93 yd/s

It’s about 4x faster than heavily investing in frw (while also gimping your build)

If you want to run fast, frw from items is kinda useless above 150% cuz of the diminish returns.
For comparison:
150% frw from items = 75 eFRW
22,350% frw from items (lol) = 149 eFRW
Frenzy lvl 31 = 185 eFRW

The conclusion is easy…
