just sayin': llama called it 5 years ago in a video of him talking about bugged town portals, essentially saying the full power of town portal is unknown... now we all know he works side by side with diablo devs, i would bet he personally put sling ring in the game on purpose just to break it.

truly foreshadowing the bportal glitch with sling, +skills, and 200 fcr barb breakpoint. i suspect blizzard will roll out a hotfix soon. ive found 3 hrs today portal barbing

is one sling ring enough with fcr ring (to reach 200 fcr) or are 2 sling rings mandatory ?

I could be wrong but I think with 2x sling rings the actual portal will open faster, therefore lessening the time before you can cast the next portal. But you'll have to wait to hear from the OG portal barbs

With enigma its required to use 2x fcr rings. You could go 1 sling + 1 random fcr ring, but you're missing +1 portal then.
Hence the go-to has been;

Coven (+1 / 20 fcr)
Craft ammy (20 fcr)
2x Suicide branch (+2 / 100 fcr, 2 sockets allows protector's stone + resist jewel)
Trangs gloves (20 fcr)
Enigma (+2 / teleport)
Arachs (+1 / 20 fcr)
2x Slings (+2 / 20 fcr)
Anni (+1)
Battle command (+1)

Hence hitting 10 portal & 200 fcr


A huge difficulty I've had is trying to hork heralds when you get the messages of "You have drawn ire..." into "A herald is hunting you..." into a whole clump of 20+ dead bodies all appearing nearly simultaneously as you teleport around
which is neat enough for the drops but basically the only way I can identify WHERE the herald body is, is to look for rares/uniques among a huge clump. And with high item droprates (glitched) you basically have to use loot filters or they can be hidden
it really takes a lot of mousing over corpses to find herald bodies to hork, and if you're just holding down find item you're never really sure if you found the herald pack at all
