New to game.

Any help with necro for leveling. Lmk

Or like ideas what to focus on for leveling and what to keep/sell etc.

I just started playing this morning stuck in a hotel all day. Super fun game. Just like any MMO just do things and you level up.

Something you may miss there is a button on the inventory screen that will instantly send all crafting materials to storage. Hope that helps.

Press I for Inventory, then in the top right is an icon. If you hover over them it will give the name. you want deposit materials (or something like that)

As for leveling, I wouldnt stress it. Just run around, do quests, progress your personal story, and you'll level. It's important especially the first few times to start learning your class and general movement mechanics.

If you really want to rush things, you can level yourself really quickly through crafting - https://gw2crafts.net/ - choose a fast guide, and then choose the cheapest ones first. Then just look up a youtube video on crafting and away you go. If you have the gold, you can hit 80 in an hour or less.

No gold. Legit first play through. Level 24 atm and havent started my story yet but just cleared an entire map to 100. Starting story now

Do whatever until 80.

When you hit 80 go to snowcrows and copy a build, preferably a low difficulty one.

Jump into raid training/raids for initial ascended and start fractals (essentially up to date dungeons, as dungeons in gw2 are very spaghet). Fractals should take roughly an hour a day, eventually being a consistent 50g/hr daily alongside shitting out ascended gear.

Everything else is bonus, legendary crafting, wvw/pvp, open world, story etc. Anything with value will have a gold value on trading post, so in a way that is the universal currency between players, some items such as ectoplasm, tier 6 legendary materials, mystic coins and cosmetic infusions can be used as well since there is a 500 gold weekly mail cap.

I dont follow guides at all…. i fack around and find out. I like enioying the learning curve and grind to learn a game legit.

If you just follow guides etc, youll be out within a couple weeks bored etc.

Right now im clearing pretty good. Lvl 62. Took a break and playing dragonkin
