This is 100% truth. Half the time whatever they drop falls off the edges or whatever happens to it. And you’re right, trying to make sure they die in a proper location is tedious nonsense.

i've gotten a few HRs doing the sides before throne room as well. drop rate there must be really high cause I don't do the sides often, and I also do not find that many HRs.

In single player the other day, my lvl 69 warlock went into a NM TZ 71 in outer steps and found ohm and mal in the same run. Been praying for an ist to drop ever since so I can make CTA, but no luck so far. Was crazy to get Ohm and Mal on same run in NM single player though. Was real lucky.

Flayer jungle is also pretty dope

I got a lot of HRs from the first pack in WSK Level 2 (Sur, Ber, Zod), and I think they were all from swarms of fetishes.

Do you suggest doing only WSK 2 first packs runs ?
