Hello, I received a hateful private message from a user for no reason. I'm quite sure this kind of language is not acceptable, whether in real life or online.
Could you please look into this situation?

We don't moderate PMs. You can simply block this user so he can't send you any PMs anymore. If he spams in your topic, you can report those posts.

pms are not monitored, noone will do a thing, just block him and stop whinging

Simply block the user and move on. If this carries over into topics, report any applicable post.
