but for ubers, holy freeze + amp is the better combo? Reduce your damage for the sake of slowing down the ubers?

For Baal I just teleported right on him for the shotgun effect and with amp damage he just melted. I had a non eth CA insight and some blood rings for life steal otherwise similar gear to yours

Non eth cryptid ax? Prointeresting choice there . Usually I just go with the colossal bulge for my insights

I haven't tried it on early echoing strike, but it's certainly doable on late game echoing strike.

One other option I tried successfully is using mirrored blades and building it like a smiter. Crushing blow and open wounds do work on mirrored blades and you'll want life tap to survive in melee range. One of the mirrored blades strikes always hits like smite is my understanding.

non eth thresher insight and cold immune demon was plenty

so no stacked resist beyond 75 in hell? so meph convic brought u down significantly and it didnt matter?

did you have cannot be frozen on? how important is that?

I feel like i am ready, but scared to try still cause i hate to fail in single player and waste all those keys.

Max Echoing Strike + synergies
Max Blood Oath + 1 in all other demon skills
1 Point into all Hex's (use the last one for lower enemy dmg + life/mana on kill)
1 Point into 1st Signal

Starter Gear is ok:
Don't need any life tap, ow, or cb since none of those work with ES
Don't need cannot be frozen?
Don't need prevent monster heal?
Just have a few +skills gear, 75 fcr, and 75@ (ok to not stack res beyond this even tho Meph has convic?)

Uber Tristrim Prep Work:
Have a P8 holy freeze/might/fanat + amp dmg Hefesto demon
Chug tons of thawing potions and antidoes (like 8 of each to get 4 minutes of bonus resists)
Add extra charms and gear for resistance, at expense of not needing any leech since it won’t work anyways - remove gheeds charm
Make sure I have full juvs, but also reg mana potions for baal's mana burn

Uber Tristrim Gameplan:
Run straight up and to the left and fight Meph on the far left side, away from other Ubers and portal. If I die, I need him to not have portal surrounded so I can get my body.
Kill Meph first on left side
Then run along bottom to the right side and fight Baal there
Kill Diablo last, in the middle

well the above didnt work. cannot kill meph. keep dying. giving up. wasted organs.
