You can get more than 1 t5 herald in a game.

I generally terrorize 1/3/4 and get t4 or t5 every time.

The heralds each have a different name. I think t5 is herald of Terror.
And it's over the entire game. Killing mostly everything from a1/a3/a4 sometimes I do not hit t5.
