Only act 5 guest monster spearwomen use jab, and the matron's den version (who have 4x the HP).
You can collect them in frigid highlands, frozen river, ancient's way and worldstone keep 1

I'm guessing the stray fetish is simply failing to look up its stats in areas it doesn't belong and has 0-0 base damage and the chip damage I'm taking is from spectral hit. Not sure why it has a real HP pool then.
Going to be very hard to menace anyone with it if its just doing 83 ele damage per hit. Maybe if it has mana burn it could drain someone?

what is an act5 guest monster?

I should be farming for the speargirl in frigig/frozen river/ancients way and wsk1? what about matrons den? what is matrons den?

obv tz for the above would be ideal

guest monsters are random % chance monsters that spawn in act 5 with souped up abilities, blunderbores for example have 22% chance to spawn in frigid highlands or pit of acheron
matron's den is the uber quest area with lilith, and has 400-500% base hp monsters but they are stuck at area level 83 because you can't terrorize it

WOW that makes a full summoner build oo much better for mf now i can just enter game full gc summon and take all out??

and if i have a second hand with a book and weapon with alot of skill i can just swap before leave game and when enter next game will have more skills into summon soo binded demon will be stronger right?
