Requires too much dex, better off relying on DAE

Max block only makes sense if you’re using a storm shield imo. Way too much dex to hit max block with a spirit monarch.

The amount of dex required to go maxblock with monarch w/o atleast a 30/20 mod would handicap u so much, not worth it at all

Not happening

Ama is unkillable in PVM unless you're doing something very wrongl. DAE is nigh broken with enough + skills.

You dont have to go for 75% block

50% block is coo but still requires a lot of dex for spirit monarch
