they get treated the same way facets do

+% dmg - yes
-% res/dr - yes
fhr/frw/life/mana/stats - yes
your -res malus - yes
mf/gf - only if you didn't clear the moor (gimme tshakoo mr fallen), does not increase the quality of ears dropped, nor the quantity of gold from players
sundered - to be tested vs immune pets (not sure, they can have 100+res but not tagged as immune)

In the user manual it is clearly written that they don’t work for PvP
And if you tried that anyway you might glitch to D3 and cannot come back
