Who u expect to be best for leveling in the upcoming season ?

It's been a while if you didn't play in two weeks. I would pre-order the expansion (coming out next month) and play with the Paladin. He's by far the best character in the game.

As for leveling, probably the sorc (hydra), spirit born (evade), and Paladin (blessed hammer, blessed shield) are the best in the current iteration in S12.

They are all decent, but some honorable mentions are the necro minions and rogue's dance of knives.
