hey friends,how long does it take to take/see the gift from a friend?

First time is generally 1-2 days I believe, you’ll receive an email and a notification in the Blizzard App when a friend sends you Blizzard Balance/game, informing you that the gift has arrived and is ready to be claimed.

Do you have your friend in your friendlist for more than 72 hours?

Usually instant (a few minutes), but up to 24 hours in some cases, when payment from your friend is still processing.

Check your e-mail for a gift (usually is instant)

i did,still nothing
