Would Zerk Barb benefit more from Guardian's Light jewel or Guardian's Protector jewel?

I feel like since Zerk is magic damage the light jewel is technically better right as the -10% Physical wouldn't work.

Anyone got more input on this?

In one case the -DR% doesn't work
In the other case the +% magic dmg doesn't work (zerk dmg is calculated before being converted to magic)
-10% magic res outclass the bonus ed%

Same logic for the sunder.
You want the magic one, with -magic% cuz the one with +magic% doesn't work.

They're expensive because so many people still don't know they're bugged.
I mean... they're still worth using, for the -DR%, xp/mf/gf
but I've seen people gimping their own dmg by inserting it in Ars Dul, bugging also the innate ed% on it XD
there was also a guy who recently posted that he only realized it after socketing it in a 30frw/3os circ with 2x 15ias/40ed jewels

Huh? So the Ed on the jewel bugs the item?

Yeah having %ed AND min or max damage on a jewel bugs the items in a way that %ed does not apply to the damage

A 40ed 10min damage jewel is in fact a 40ed to max damage and +10 min damage (without the ed)
This applies everywhere except on weapons

Since the unis jewel has both min-max and ed then every time having ed will be completely broken by this jewel
