depends on your budget.

Low budget - they probably aren't in your game.
Medium budget - let them farm your act or pop other acts for them to farm.
High budget - pay people to afk in your game.

Ideally you multibox with other multiboxers so there's only 2-3 actual players and coordinate splitting zones/acts easier
