To build a blizzard/lightning hybrid put enough points in CM to get -100%, max blizzard and ice blast, then put the rest of your points into lightning tree. Nova is usually the best bet.

With your plus 10 skills at level 92 you get a 1400/2400 ice blast/blizz and a 1700 min nova.

Less efficient than single element but if you need to run keys+chaos to keep involved then its an option.

I lvl'd my sorc to 87 last night with below gears with the build I made.
It was okay to solo T&H key and chaos run. Will test more when price goes down.

Don’t listen to anyone here, mixing trees is fine.

I played an orb wall sorceress using full tal set and it was totally fine kill speed on P1 online and helped me magic find and gear up other characters.

Firewall absolutely melts bosses and orb was good at killing trash mobs.

Mixed tree is fine, but you have to choose skills that dont require all the synergies to be effective.

Lightning and blizzard both need a lot of synergy skills.

Frozen orb, nova, hydra, firewall do not need as many synergies
