Yeah. The expansion is named reign of the warlock. Meaning he’s op. It’s probably intended. In the mean time enjoy class vs class specific dueling, like this dude above, or pvm. I ve been enjoying the expansion as is. It’s been epic and I m only playing the Barb.

Sin vs Sin feels like GM Melee PvP in that those willing to spend the most $$$$$ on gg rares win out 90% of the time. Also trappers are banned, yes?

It's nowhere close to melee pvp

And lesser builds can still win, of course you need to have a solid build and hit BPs but it's not all gear based - comes down to timing, namelocks and being able to dodge traps/blades

Ghost, hybrids and spiders are the main builds. This is specific to WW sin vs WW sin

there is no counter to a warlock besides playing a warlock. I guess a Baal party mosaic sin would still beat a warlock but you would need a loader to prebuff

so ya solution is just.. play a warlock haha or only duel other LOD characters when you're not playing a warlock



spiders are essentially banned tho since trap gcs are not allowed anymore

Well if you're running pure trap gcs you probably won't ww at all lol so defeats the purpose

If anyone else wants to host/sponsor a tour under their rule sets, we're always open to it

Any decent player on a warlock simply won’t die in pvp 7k life with 43% damage reduction is pretty much the same as 12,3k life

On top of that obsession gives all the fhr and fcr and resist and dmg you need. He can get 125 fcr with phoenix coa highlord so he’ll maintain really high % dr, max fire/light resist, then he also gets insane frw from consume and kills any opponent in 1 cast. Honestly any budget lock with just 37x 20 life sc in inventory dominates everything else without an effort
