Here's a simple example showcasing why the build is completely busted.
https://maxroll.gg/d2/d2planner/4s18w0cc

No skillers, no Ars Dul, 30fcr spirit, a plain 2/20 magic circ, aldur boots, 2x BK
620k dps
if you add 6 skillers, you reach 755k dps
and I can guarantee you that pretty much anything you try to replace by a more expensive "upgrade" would only make the build worse.

And at this point, if you're willing to spend so much fgs to upgrade such a build, you'd better just respec and push the limits of blood boil, cuz BB is even more absurdly busted if you push it.

you can just shop around for a low % ed / high % -dr jewel since its still worth using without any %ed working, everything else works

Siphon can help you fix your sustain early.

What’s best on a high end build?
Neither.

20 echo
20 mirrored blades
20 blade warp
20 blood oath
1 bind demon
Enough hard points to reach lvl 20 demonic mastery after +skills but before cta (so you don’t lose a demon when it expires)

You have very few points left then…
1 in Siphon can still help your sustain against all those mobs with zero drain effectiveness.
I used to recommend dumping remaining points in consume (generally better than levitation mastery) but tbh you can already achieve overkill dmg without even using consume.

So you have a choice…
Use 2 defilers (no consume) to increase your AoE dmg. This is better for general density destroying. In this case you can dump remaining pts in levitation.
Or
Dump remaining pts in consume. This is pushing your smaller linear/cone AoE dmg even further, as well as giving you more life. This is ideal if you plan on farming ubers/ancients. You can still use 2x defilers for general pvm if you chose this approach. A point in sigil:lethargy can be worth it against those tankier end game bosses, but don’t even bother with it vs regular bosses… they melt.

Given only 1 in bind demon I suppose that means to get a good Pokémon you can’t use the TZ reroll method targeting any non-summoned demon?

So instead you need to find a unique with holy freeze + curse the old fashioned way? So probably easiest is just finding a good Hephisto?

Holy freeze is ideal, but holy fire/light would do too, all you really need from him is to proc amp with that pulse aura.
Echo is not like a pure summoner that wants the best possible pokemon, and on a high end build there is no way you could possibly die or lose that pokemon, so you only need to find a decent one once (and you can replace it if at some point you see a better one).

20 in blood oath is used for your own tankyness, but it also has the benefit of making your demon unkillable.

Doesn't take too long to find holy aura + cursed... yeah heph is a good target since he's always aura enchanted.
If you have on your hand enough items with +demon skills (maybe you have a blood boil or pure summoner on another warlock), you could also just temporally put that gear on your echo lock and go bind with a target always cursed like ismail, with lvl 20+ bind demon giving aura enchanted (this will stay even if you remove the +skills).
Or, if you don't have time to lose, pay a finders fee. It's a thing and it's not so expensive if you value your time.
Again, you kinda only need to do this once, when you are done respec'ing

If you are still on a low budget, you sometimes die, you plan on respec'ing, etc... just don't overthink it.
Go bind with ismail, and just keep an eye open if you meet something better while you grind. No need to fall in love with your demon if you know it won't be forever :p

You should also adjust skills to fit your play style.

I don’t use consume - playing with a controller, I’ve eaten my demon too many times and it’s annoying.

I also only play like 20 mins here and there, so I have lvl 20 bind demon so I don’t need to waste all of my playing time trying to find a good demon if it, or I, dies.
