Are you refering to echoing strikes?
If yes, i would have to say Best In Slot is actually a Thundermaul Fortitude ethereal. (125 FCR is a very imporant breakpoint for the ES Warlock)

Tier S: Fortitude Thundermaul ethereal
Tier A: Aric needle ethereal high roll, Death Decapitator Ethereal high roll.
Tier B: Any other 800+ dmg weapon like BOTD/ or any unique ethereal with high dmg.
Tier C: Insight ethreal on elite base high critital strike roll, high ed.

Death is insane, for the deadly strike, i would go with Death, Also if you can afford a BOTD you can afford a fortitude, they are similar value.

Today in softcore ladder:
eBOTD: 900 for a zod 300 for a vex 250-450 for a good BOTD base.
eFortitude: 1k for the base, 600 for the LO.

i have a 6os thunder maul
cant buy 1 atm, then ill go with death i got the base already and the runes arent expensive

im selling my death i used prior to upgrading to my thundermaul fort (noticed very little kill speed difference)
