Avoid cold immunes, first priority is to get any elite insight in a rather fast base like gpa or thresher. Level until lvl 85 in ancients tunnels. You will get most of the stuff you need there. Also, before 85 you get hit too much and your damage sucks. Replace your armor with smoke or viper on the way, look out for a monarch to make spirit. Then go to act 3 and start killing mephisto over and over. Veil makes sense only on a highend blizzard sorc with torch and anni. Once, your resistances are maxed keep doing chaos sanctuary. Telestomp the seals. You merc will take care of de seis. That's the best place to farm besides terror zones. One of the underrated terror zones is far oasis. You can telestomp almost any mob there. Only telestomp elites and champs. That's blizzard playing style, don't waste time on random mob.

I have a Nightveil in stash, also an Anni on my WL, which I could stash over.
Sprit in Monarch is available aswell. Im not super budget, but can't afford HR. My highest now is a Cham and a few Mal and lower right now.

That's it. In sc, with that equipment, you can skip the whole level to 85 part in ancient tunnels. Go to Baalruns directly and level there.

Yeah, hit 85, then keep killing mephisto. I usually go for summoner, mephisto, diablo in that order to not need a TP scroll. If there is a favourable tz, I telestomp any mob I find which is not cold immune.
