Anyone have problem? I was logging in bnet fine and then all of a sudden now, whenever I open the bnet app, the continue box is grayed out for a good 15-20 seconds before lighting up and prompting puzzle solving verification.. I proceed and complete it and then proceed to enter login and continue and nothing happens, then box gets greyed out and repeats with verification.. Infinite loop! Anyone had/have this similar problem?

I have tried everything from repairs, deleting caches and folders, reinstalling, updating everything, restarting, etc. I can login perfectly fine on the website and phone app. Does Blizzard have a contact phone number? I cannot see to find it anywhere and i've sent email and I already know they don't reply to it because I also have other problems with them concerning my other account that doesn't allow me to upgrade to RotW when I already own D2R. That email is still on going only to take them 5 days for 1 response that didn't help!

unplug your wifi for 5mins and reconnect. give that a shot.

you are going to need to link your battle.net account to a google account (or there are other linking options, i just used my google)
you can then log in with the google account. you click twice and you are in.

its crazy the fix where i couldn't connect my other account to "online" and only offline, i was able to do it at my friends house and go online and it worked.. Not sure it will fix it when I try at my house.. Hope it does!

u should be good to force the login on the bnet app via google account. it was the one fix from another user i found online in a bnet help subforum. thread even had a mod posted fix that didnt even work (was for browser only, smh)
ya the endless horse captcha has a lot of ppl bugging. dudes buying wow xpac cant even play. had me mad couldnt get into any of my bnet accounts. this worked like a charm tho.

just got home, seem like it fixed itself so didnt even get to try.. Bnet needs to do better

Now how do I get to play my D2R accounts online if I only want to play classic? It doesn't connect to online.

The 1 account that had the full infernal game set purchased was bugged before saying failed to authenticate and was able to login at friends, now works for me at home too

My other accounts that have D2R is not getting the eligibility to upgrade to the DLC and customer service responded saying i accessed it during a beta or game pass, wtf? Since when they have such thing .. I just want to play classic on them!!!
