Almost the same thing happened in the first games vs Brazil. Lucas Ramirez hit a HR on the second pitch of the game from Logan Webb and then nothing after.

First two games with a HR on the first or second pitch of the game. What are the odds? Either way it seems USA settles in and eventually explosed.
