Sure so you should read the FAQ for the section but I can summarize

In the request you should state what you are looking for (You did mostly)
Then you should provide your budget so appropriate artists will make attempts.
The more you are willing to pay, usually the better the signature quality.

Example:
Made this for someone in their request because they were offering 2k - 3k based on them wanting a Nova Lightning sorc signature
