has anyone regularly been using a protector stone on warlock?
does the 1% fade proc actually proc routinely enough (like on treachery) to be considered dependable?

1% ctc is very low.
You can activate it by standing in fire, doesn’t take so long, but if you rely on it to fix your survivability then it’s a bad option.
You become dependant of this awkward prebuff each game, cuz hoping to trigger it by playing normally is subject to get you killed if you’re just flying around thinking your 15@res will soon be 75@res & +15DR.
You may have multiple runs without it ever triggering.
Hell, I already had a high ratio of runs that it wasnt triggered when using 5% ctc from treachery, so this is 5x more probable.

BUT
If you plan on doing some long full TZ game clear, then it’s nice. You can proc the first activation in fire and then you have good chances to re-activate it before it expires.
Just not worth the prebuff for quick runs, unless you are somehow on a build with budget high enough to have this jewel but are yet too fragile to farm without the fade proc.

i do think that keeping like 30 FR and LR normally is probably enough for runs. The only time it would be necessary is really when ur doing 8 person TZ games, and like u said, u can just stand on fire for a min

I've had a few long tz sessions and while it does sometimes activate, it's pretty rare and does not even come close to maintaining uptime.
