Yeah, using it to reroll is good. Doesn't matter how many times you reroll, it can always roll 45 life.

You would probably struggle to sell one anyways, since finding one that can roll 45 life isn't that difficult now with TZs. Better to just keep it and reroll it yourself when you got the spare Pgems.
