It would mean the US and Israel would not have attacked. a bit like how the US does not attack N.Korea or directly against Russia or China.
I think the french came out a few days ago saying they are going to bolster their nuclear deterrent now that the US has proven itself unreliable.

Also re Lebanon, its a case of look at Iran, dont look at Lebanon, i think they stopped allowing food in to gaza as well for a few days. same old same old.
