This item is so rare the drop calculator shows there's 0% of dropping it

toying around with the affixes, the 1 cold damage suffix takes it over the edge and makes it impossible to drop

Not yet. Will most likely convert one day but not in a rush.

Something must have broke. I remember calculating it when it first dropped. It’s the 20 sec vs 30 sec repair that makes it more rare.

In my tests adding the +1 Cold Dmg is what makes the difference but didn't test with the repair tbh
