Yes, unless it's the same aura.

2x the same aura from same source: they stack, with lvl equal to the total of both

yes
they are "different source"
and all auras affect all party members in range, with the exception of holy fire/freeze/shock and sanctuary that are only affecting the one with the aura.
conv could also be considered an exception, because it is shared with enemies instead of with party members, but the same rule apply, if an enemy has higher conv than you, his conv will override yours.

Maybe Kyle was named Kayla and transitioned.
