Chaos and baal are totally easy on the repair cost, and if you got any gold find at all you should be gucci to at least break close to even most runs.
Gold is only gonna be an issue if you do andariel or mephisto.

If you have that much issues with gold, just do like 5 minutes of quick trav runs ever hour or so with chanceguards and maybe dwarf star or goldwarp. Should give you more than enough runs, and trav is good drops either way, just no xp.

As for repair cost, i think teleport charge repair cost is static reguardless or the items. My 25 charges tele amulet was about a bit under half as much to repair as 69 charges naj staff. Almost guaranteed its a static cost.
Naj staff is also pretty nice since its got got fcr on it, and can be paired with spirit on a warlock, for good fcr.

Naj staff all the way as far as teleport stuff is concerned, unless you use CTA..

i did too for a bit when no good runs were available lol but still using it for chaos skipping river straight to seal

I broke down and bought an enigma. Now 3 characters share it
